Refund & Return Policy
How refunds, cancellations, and revisions work for WebDev24x7 services. Questions? See our contact page.
Overview
WebDev24x7 provides professional services — web development, AI automation, maintenance, and consulting — rather than physical products. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for those services. It is written to be fair to both sides and to set clear expectations before a project begins.
Because every project is scoped individually, the specific commercial terms — milestones, payment schedule, and deliverables — are always confirmed in writing in your proposal or agreement before work starts. Where a signed agreement differs from this page, the agreement takes precedence.
Deposits & milestone payments
Projects typically begin with an advance/deposit and proceed through agreed milestones. The deposit reserves time and covers initial discovery, planning, and setup work. Once that work has begun, the deposit is generally non-refundable because the time has already been committed to your project.
Milestone payments correspond to work delivered up to that point. If you choose to stop a project mid-way, you are billed for work completed and in progress up to the cancellation date; any amount paid beyond that is refunded.
Cancellations
You may cancel a project at any time by writing to us. On cancellation, we assess the work completed and in progress, share a short summary, and settle the balance — either invoicing for outstanding delivered work or refunding any unused prepaid amount.
For monthly maintenance or retainer plans, you can cancel before the next billing cycle. Plans are not locked in, and there is no penalty for pausing or stopping.
When a refund applies
A refund of prepaid, unused amounts applies when a project is cancelled before the corresponding work has been done, or where agreed deliverables were not provided and cannot be remedied within a reasonable time. Refunds are made to the original payment method wherever possible.
Refunds do not apply to work already completed and delivered, to third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, licences, or API usage), or to change requests that fall outside the originally agreed scope.
Revisions & satisfaction
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds so we can get the result right together. If something delivered does not match the agreed specification, we will correct it as part of the engagement at no extra cost. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work is done.
How to reach us
For any question about billing, cancellations, or refunds, email hello@webdev24x7.com and we will respond, usually within 24 hours. We would always rather talk it through and find a fair resolution than leave anything unclear.
